Third Saturday Artwalk

Each month the art galleries of Placerville stay open late on the third Saturday allowing visitors to langorously stroll Downtown while perusing the beautiful artwork of our many local artisans.  For several months we have enjoyed the art of El Dorado County poets, including poet laureate Taylor Grimes, as they offer up improvisational (improv) poems created in the moment for visitors who provide them a prompt.  This Saturday, July 21st our poets will be at Art Studio 360 and Placerville Art Gallery on Main Street from 6-8PM.  Come on out and give them a chance to create a poem for you.  It’s fun and it’s free, however, donations are graciously accepted and will benefit  Placerville Downtown Events.
